“Having first come to the group as Business Development Manager in 2011, it was soon decided that the system then in place did not fulfil our requirements. We trialled two other systems for short periods but they similarly failed to meet our expectations. We then made a third change to MultiFreight. 

We implemented EDI so we could interface with our customers and fully automate their orders. This has saved us hours of work, as well as having helped to lower staffing costs for us and our customers.

As a director of the business I find the reporting aspect of the system the most useful tool; it helps me keep in touch with what the staff, customers and the business are doing week to week.
