specific expertise or experience and because they make us better equipped
to meet your requirements. You may not get to meet or talk to all of them –
Here are just some of the people you may get to know:

TOM CLAYTON
Managing Director
Tom started at SCS in May 1980 when the company was still Security Computing
Services. Along with his director’s duties, Tom has special responsibilities for
software development and sales.

DIANE CLOUGH
Office Manager
Diane has been with SCS since February 1996, and her main responsibilities are
sales and order processing, which includes preparing quotes and general office
admin.

NICK DAVIES
Applications Support Manager
Nick joined SCS in November 2005 and first worked within the implementations
team. His 8 years’ experience of working in freight forwarding stands him in good
stead in his current role as applications support manager, where he has special
responsibility for MultiFreight and MultiShed support.

DAVID GODBOLD
Development Manager
David became part of the SCS team in October 1995. He is responsible for ‘day to
day’ management of the programming team.

BRYAN HAYWARD
Customs & Communications Analyst
Bryan has been with SCS since 1997. After developing the “Document
Template Reporting” feature of MultiFreight he then took control of
development of MultiShed, our Custom’s module, making it one of (if not)
the best and most comprehensive Customs Package in the UK.

DAVID NUNN
Sales Director
David, like Tom, has been with SCS since May 1980. Outside his duties as a director,
David’s special responsibilities are for sales & marketing and finance & admin.

MARK RATTIGAN
Technical Director
Mark is one of our longest-standing team members, having joined SCS back in
July 1978.
Today, he has special responsibilities for the technical aspects of our products
and services, including hardware, operating systems, system software and SCS’s
internal systems.

NICOLA UPSON
Training Manager
Nicola joined SCS in April 2001. Her background in training is an essential asset
for her main responsibility as head of our formal training department. Nicola’s team
provides ‘on-site’ training for all new customers as well as scheduled training
courses around the country to keep existing customers up-to-date with the latest
MultiFreight developments. |

DARREN WELSFORD
Technical Support Manager
Darren has been part of the SCS team since June 2001, though his experience
within the shipping industry goes back to 1989. He is currently working hard to
obtain MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) status. Darren’s main
responsibility at SCS is supporting operating systems, networks and the Progress
database, as well as the SCS applications.

DAVID WYNDHAM-LEWIS
Customer Project Manager
David was a MultiFreight user before joining SCS in July 2004 and he brings over
15 years’ experience in both liner agency and freight forwarding. At SCS, his main
responsibility is project managing the implementation of MultiFreight for new
customers.
