Many of our customers enjoy the benefits and services MultiTrack brings to them, and now they will get the added improvements to.
We have developed MultiTrack to be a full two way customer portal to enhance the services our customers provide to their own.
The first addition to having a two way portal has been Online Bookings. Your customers can now complete the online form which will automatically create the Job in MultiFreight and provide them with the job number which will then be tracked.
This has opened up great possibilities to the customers we have spoken to and if this could enhance your customer services please contact us.
