COA SOLUTIONS
COA Solutions is the UK’s fastest-growing supplier of financial management, procurement, HR and payroll software. Its suite of business applications has been successful in the freight industry because it combines high-level functionality with ease of use. We have supplied and implemented COA Solutions with MultiFreight for more than 40% of our customers. We chose COA Solutions over other accounting packages not only because it integrates seamlessly with MultiFreight but also because it offers exceptional support for the freight industry.
The COA Solutions product incorporates specific functionality, such as contra processing and extensive multi-currency processing, to satisfy the freight industry. It can also process and report on the large volumes of transactions that are produced in the industry, while still maintaining the same level of performance.
The company has more than 400 staff and 1500 clients from across the globe.

NET-CTRL
Net-Ctrl supplies internet security and inter-office connectivity products. We consult with Net-Ctrl to recommend the best means of providing an interoffice wide area network infrastructure whenever this is a requirement and SCS and Net-Ctrl have many joint customers. Working with Net-Ctrl in this way means we can:
- help our customers with the whole process of setting up remote offices (not just for MultiFreight, but for all types of application)
- deploy MultiFreight over secure wide area networks
- provide our customers with a single contact point for technical
- support for these installations
Net-Ctrl provides email systems and remote access systems for mobile workers, agents and customers to gain secure access to internal computer resources and using its most up-to-date internet services, also provides connections to UK port clearance schemes (CCS-UK and CNS).
SCS customers may also independently obtain other security products such as firewalls, anti virus, anti spam and web-content filtering direct from Net-Ctrl. |

AFSS
SCS is a founding member of the Association of Freight Software Suppliers (AFSS). The Association is recognised by HM Customs & Revenue and BIFA, and is represented on a number of Customs consultation and working groups. Through the AFSS we are in regular contact with port and airport community systems and with worldwide organisations covering Customs and security procedures. The AFSS gives us another way of staying close to industry developments.
SCS conforms to the AFSS code of conduct because we are committed to acting in a responsible way towards our customers and being members of the Association demonstrates that intent. Our continued membership of the Association depends on us maintaining professional standards.
SCS partners with a number of shipping portal providers to ensure integrated support for e-commerce and electronic data interchange within MultiFreight.
