MultiStockThe MultiStock option provides the facilities to administer third-party warehousing. It can be integrated with MultiFreight or used stand-alone.
MultiStock is designed for small-scale warehousing operations, and is often used by MultiFreight users to manage secondary businesses that help them to maximise the return from their available warehousing. It provides tools and functionality similar to those in MultiFreight which are tailored for this type of commercial operation.
MultiStock allows you run several virtual warehouses concurrently. You are able to: administer and track jobs manage storage for any number of customers create reports for individual customers.
The third-party warehousing features enable you to keep control of longer-term storage on behalf of your customers, and help you to manage charging for that handling and storage.
When MultiStock is used in conjunction with the MultiFreight family of products it allows you to offer your customers a complete logistics service – from managing the import of goods from abroad, their warehousing and distribution through to freight-forwarding and export.

Integration – you can fully integrate MultiStock with MultiFreight and your
accounting package and therefore remove the need to re-key data. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors.
Customer Access – customers can remotely access individually assigned
groups of data through personalised menus and security procedures.
Document Organiser – the document organiser allows you to sort letters, faxes and emails by customer and gives you easy access to correspondence history
